WARNING!CHEAP DRIVESHAFTSPlease be aware of cheap driveshafts. We can easily reduce or price by $20 to $40 by using lower quality U- Joints and other driveshaft components. We use the very best possible components available. We have been in business for over 50 years. We have a good reputation and we will not sell you a potential problem just to make a few bucks more or offer a cheaper price. Our pricing is fair and reasonable for the high level of quality driveshaft we provide. Remember the "to good to be true" story?

Remanufacturing Process:
Every single moving part is replaced NEW! This includes the center support bearing, U-Joints and Constant Velocity Joint if equipped. We install the U-Joints exactly as the BMW engineers did it originally. We re-stake OE quality U-Joints to eliminate any possible end play of the U-Joint. After this process we Hi-Speed Spin Balance the complete driveshaft to make 100% sure it works perfectly.
How many miles did you get out of the OE BMW driveshaft? Most run 100,000 to 150,000 miles or more. Actually not bad for the miles driven considering what you have to spend on oil changes, brake repairs and other maintenance costs. Our driveshafts use the same top quality parts that BMW uses. Our service life is similar to BMW.
SERVICE WARNING: Some shops try to cut grooves in the driveshaft to put some cheap greaseable U-Joint in it. This tends to cause vibration issues because the U-Joints do not fit properly. On top of that how can you even grease the cheap U-Joints without pulling the exhaust system and heat shield. Greaseable U-Joints need grease at least every 10,000 miles or they will burn up from lack of lubrication.
BMW Driveshafts are not easy to change. The exhaust system has to be removed and that is quite involved. We suggest buying a quality driveshaft, not the cheapest possible price. How much will you save if you have to replace the driveshaft again. We can lower or pricing by lowering the quality of parts. We just will not do that.
Warranty: We offer a 1 year unlimited mileage guarantee, the same as a new BMW driveshaft from the dealer.
Flex Disc (Guibo) is not included in pricing. See Service notes on Flex Disc below.
Core Return Procedure (old driveshaft return process)
We try to make this process as painless as possible for you.
We will provide a Pre-Printed/Pre-Paid UPS Return Shipping Label. Simply use the carton the New Driveshaft arrived in. Put Old Shaft in Box - Seal It - Apply NEW Label over the Original shipping label and Give to ANY UPS Driver or leave at any UPS Drop OFF Location. As simple as we can make it. (Note - this is not a UPS pick label - it has to be taken to a drop off location or given to a driver)
CORE CREDIT is Typically issued within 7-10 BUSINESS Days of Old Unit Arriving at our Locations. It takes a little time to check in the old driveshafts and get the paperwork processed. We Do Not Want your Core Deposit money! Please send the old Driveshaft Back!
Most Cores are Re-Usable and we issue refunds on 99.99%, but if the driveshaft has been run beyond the limits - No Core refund is possible. Note: If your old Driveshaft is damaged beyond repair, Please let us know up front if the old driveshaft has bent tubes, broken ends or any abnormal wear. We will advise up front if the core credit could be denied.
Service Suggestion: Transmission Mounts
Service Note: We recommend changing the transmission mounts on BMW when servicing the driveshaft. (We do not sell them). The trans mounts are at the rear and bottom of trans. They tend to collapse or disintegrate over time and this leads to trans sitting lower than normal. This creates bad alignment of trans to driveshaft. If you have a flex disc that is torn up, you MUST change the mounts as that indicates a bad alignment. They are inexpensive at typically $10 or less per mount. (2 required). We suggest www.autohausaz.com for the mounts. We use them and we always get BMW OE quality mounts.
FLEX DISC (Guibo) SERVICE NOTES:
There is a right way to install the flex disc. On the rim of the disc there are alternating triangular arrows that point to each edge of the flex disc. This arrow is where the disc should bolt up to the metal lobe of the driveshaft and the transmission flange. The photo below shows a disc that is NOT installed correctly. This can cause vibration and noise issues. BE SURE YOU CHECK THIS!
