Driveshaft types listed below show un-welded component parts and are shown unpainted for more detailed photos. Black driveshafts do not photograph very well.
Due to different driveshaft designs over the years some Types were used on both front and rear applications. Tube diameters will be larger for rear driveshafts.

General Driveshaft Types and price range listed below.
Pricing will NOT include Transmission Yoke or Flanges unless indicated. There are to many possibilities for generic pricing. The driveshaft has to have a Transmission or Transfer Case yoke installed in order for to properly Hi-Speed Balance the driveshaft. We can use yours or we offer new yokes.

One Piece Driveshafts (plus transmission or transfer case yoke)
DS-1 Slip yoke type and single U-Joint at each end.
The DS-1 is the most common rear driveshaft. Diameters
from 2.5", 3.0", 3.5" and 4.0" in steel.
Pricing is dependent on U-Joint Series and tube diameter. (+ trans yoke). Use
M1-1
in the Measure Sheet section to determine correct length.
2 Piece Driveshafts
We offer new 2 piece Driveshafts for most applications. The photo above shows typical components. Yours may be different and we do all types. Parts are shown un-welded, to show components in detail and a typical 2 piece is too long to get a decent picture. Pricing varies with application.

CV Type (Double Cardan Constant Velocity) Driveshafts. Tube diameters to 4 inch.
Note: All Driveshafts come fully assembled, Hi-Speed Balanced & painted
CV-1 Bolt on CV and single U-Joint.
CV-1 driveshafts are used in front and rear applications. Tube diameters from 1.25", 2.0", 2.5", 3.0" and 3.5" & 4". These driveshafts are typically built with HD Greaseable U-Joints. Use M1-3 in the Measure Sheet section to determine length.
CV-2 Bolt on CV and Flat Flange.
CV-2 driveshafts are used in front and rear applications. Tube diameters from 2.0", 2.5", 3.0" and 3.5" & 4". These driveshafts are typically built with HD Greaseable U-Joint. Use M1-6 in the Measure Sheet section.
CV-3 Flat Flange CV and single U-Joint
CV-3 Flat Flange type CV are used in front and rear applications. Tube diameters from 2.0", 2.5", 3.0" and 3.5" & 4". These shafts are typically built with HD Greaseable U-Joints. Use M1-6 in the Measure Sheet section.
CV-4 Flange Type CV and Flat Flange.
Same as CV-3 but with an added flange. This price added to CV-3 pricing. Use M1-7 in the Measure Sheet section.
CV-5 Slip Yoke Type CV Driveshaft for lifted trucks.
The CV-5 is a Slip Yoke type CV in 1350 series U-Joint only. Applications for Chevy - Dodge and Ford are available. Flat type differential is available if required. The Spicer XL U-Joints are are included. Use M1-1 for regular pinion yoke and M1-4 if a flat flange at differential to determine correct length.
SS Type (Stub and Slip Yoke) Driveshafts
Tube diameters to 4 inch if needed.

SS-1 Stub and Slip Yoke driveshaft with single U-Joint.
SS-1 is used in both front and rear applications. Tube diameters from 1.25", 2.0", 2.5", 3.0", 3.5" and 4.0. These driveshafts are typically built with HD Greaseable U-Joints. Spicer XL U-Joint available for a slight increase in price. Use M1-3 in the Measure Sheet section to determine length.
SS-2 Stub and Slip Yoke shaft with flat Flange at slip end.
SS-2 is used in both front and rear applications. Tube diameters from 1.25", 2.0", 2.5", 3.0" and 3.5". These driveshafts are typically built with HD Greaseable U-Joints. Spicer XL U-Joint available for a slight increase in price. Use M1-6 in the Measure Sheet section to determine length.
SS-3 Stub and Slip Yoke with Flat Flange at weld end.
SS-3 is the same as SS-2 but the Flange is moved to the weld yoke end. Pricing is the same. Use M1-6 in the Measure Sheet section to determine length.
SS-4 Stub and Slip Yoke with Flat Flange at each end.
